The present invention relates to a method to write questions for a vocabulary/idiom test and a server and a computer program thereof. According to the present invention, the server for a service to write questions for a vocabulary/idiom test comprises: a test vocabulary/idiom selection unit which selects vocabulary/idiom to be asked in the test (hereinafter called the test vocabulary/idiom) from one or more texts entered by a teacher terminal or a document file including a text; a vocabulary/idiom collection generation unit which, when dictionary information on the test vocabulary/idiom is requested by the teacher terminal, provides dictionary information on the test vocabulary/idiom to the teacher terminal based on one or more dictionary DBs, generating a vocabulary/idiom collection on the test vocabulary/idiom based on information selected by the teacher from among the provided dictionary information; and a test question writing unit which, when test question writing request on the test vocabulary/idiom is received from the teacher terminal, determines a question type based on the dictionary information of the test vocabulary/idiom included in the vocabulary/idiom collection, generating a test question of the determined question type. The present invention is to provide a method to write questions for a vocabulary/idiom test, which is able to provide questions with a high degree of completion.
