The present invention relates to a method for preparing a calcium supplement product containing Opuntia humifusa and Auricularia auricula-judae as main components. More specifically, the method includes: a step of preparing an Opuntia humifusa calcium component by grinding and drying the Opuntia humifusa or extracting the calcium component from the Opuntia humifusa with a solvent; a step of preparing an Auricularia auricula-judae vitamin D component by grinding and drying the Auricularia auricula-judae or extracting the calcium component from the Auricularia auricula-judae with a solvent; and a step of mixing the Opuntia humifusa calcium component and the Auricularia auricula-judae vitamin D component to prepare the calcium supplement product. According to the present invention, the calcium supplement product preparing method can promote the absorption of the vitamin D and calcium included in the Opuntia humifusa calcium component and the Auricularia auricula-judae vitamin D component in the body as well as promoting the defecation activity with dietary fibers included in the Auricularia auricula-judae vitamin D component, thereby preventing excessive absorption of vitamin D.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
