The present invention relates to a unit for a purpose of upper floors, which is naturally piled to the height of a steel frame building designed (planned) in the shape of a unit in a process of being connected to a main steel frame tower building. An upper part of the unit maintains horizontality to the surface of a floor steel frame slab when the unit and the surface of the floor steel frame slab of a protruding floor of a floor edge of the steel frame tower building are placed. The unit for the purpose of the upper floors uses a crane. The present invention is a method for piling the unit passing a local buckling test to the height of the floor designed by horizontally connecting the unit to the steel frame tower building. The unit for the purpose of the upper floors uses the crane. The present invention is to manufacture the unit in order for an upper shape to be manufactured in the shape of a step and in order for a lower shape to be manufactured in a linear shape.
