The present invention relates to a neck correction pillow for assisting correction of a straight neck and a turtle neck through maintaining a C-type cervical vertebral and, more particularly, to a neck correction pillow for assisting correction of a straight neck and a turtle neck through maintaining a C-type cervical vertebral, by which a stable support force to a head part is ensured always, so that a cervical vertebral correction and treatment effect is increased and a deep sleep may be induced due to sleeping under a correct posture, and supporting and maintaining of a C-type curvature of the vertebral and relaxation of muscles are assisted during sleeping so that correction and treatment of the cervical vertebral may be performed during the sleeping. Further, the support force may be adjusted at a portion where the cervical vertebral is supported, and the cervical vertebral may be optimally supported according to demands of a user. In addition, even when the user sleeps while lying on his/her side, ears of the user are prevented from being pressed so that pain of the ears is prevented from being generated. Furthermore, when the user sleeps while lying on his/her side, shoulders and arms are prevented from being pressed so that pains such as arm numbness during sleeping may be prevented, and when the neck correction pillow is used, the neck correction pillow may be used regardless of front-rear direction, so that use efficiency thereof may be improved.
