The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin composition with excellent brittleness and processability, which are weaknesses of a polylactic acid-based biodegradable resin composition, through a reaction of aliphatic polyester having a long chain branch and polylactic acid, and to a biodegradable molding film manufactured therefrom.
