The present invention relates to a method for identifying a location of a femto-base station experiencing failure, which enables failure in a femto-cell to be rapidly dealt with, and also relates to a femto-cell management system for performing the same. The femto-cell management system according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of femto-base stations; and a femto-cell management server which, when failure occurs in a specific one of the femto-base stations, transmits failure information regarding the specific femto-base station to an administrator terminal, identifies a group to which the specific femto-base station belongs, and activates short-distance wireless communication modules of femto-base stations belonging to the group.
