The present invention relates to a debris flow detection and alarm device for an eco-friendly structure configured to decrease debris flow damage. The present invention provides the debris flow detection and alarm device so that earth and sand or rock enters an inlet in front of a net fixed on the ground by a plurality of fixing members coupled to supporting wires. According to the present invention, a contact type current signal device is connected to the supporting wire, and thus it is determined and informed whether the contact type current signal device is electrically contacted or not, depending on the intensity of tensile force due to the entrance of the earth and sand or the rock. Since an occurrence of the debris flow is detected by operating a low power consumption method but not a detection method requiring high power, a stable system for detecting the occurrence of the debris flow may be operated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
