The present invention relates to a greening construction method for a slop and, specifically, to a greening construction method for an environmentally friendly stone mat on a slope using vegetation. Multiple vegetation boxes are connected and installed on a slope and are formed in a rectangular shape with an open upper part. A spring mattress having a predetermined height is installed in a mesh on the lower bottom of the vegetation box. The center of the vegetation box is formed of the mesh or a perforated board and has a vegetation port arranged thereon. A spring mattress installation unit installed at the predetermined height from the mesh on the bottom of the vegetation box is filled with a plant seed for vegetation. The upper part of the spring mattress except for the upper part of the vegetation port has an uneven polyhedral structure and is filled with coarse aggregate comprising rubble. The open upper part of the vegetation box is covered by a cover mesh and is fixed by being connected to a side.
