The present invention relates to a method for raising and packaging a natural enemy of flies for preventing house flies, fruit flies, stable flies and blowflies and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a host for producing a natural enemy of flies capable of increasing the production efficiency of a fly parasitic-natural enemy by effectively separating fly larvae and increasing effects of preventing flies by mixing and emitting the fly parasitic-natural enemy, and to a method for manufacturing a natural enemy of flies using the host manufactured thereby. To this end, the method comprises the following steps: raising fly larvae; primarily separating the fly larvae; secondarily separating the fly larvae; modifying the fly larvae; separating pupae; supplying an inducer; and killing the pupae.
