The present invention relates to a steel pipe in which two-liquid solvent-free epoxy and tourmaline are coated in an internal diameter and an external diameter, and a molding machine thereof and, more specifically, to a steel pipe in which two-liquid solvent-free epoxy and tourmaline are coated in an internal diameter and an external diameter, and a molding machine thereof, which can prevent contraction and expansion. According to the present invention, a steel pipe (10) is supplied, and shot blasting is performed in an internal diameter and an external diameter to be heated at 300-400 deg.
