The present invention relates to a foam-type skin massage cosmetic composition, and to a method for performing foam-type skin massage by applying the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a skin massage cosmetic composition capable of being applied in a foam type on a face or a whole body, and to a method for performing skin massage by using the composition in a foam type on a face or a whole body. The foam-type skin massage cosmetic composition of the present invention can be applied to skin in a foam type compared to conventional aqueous-type, oil-type, and emulsion-type massage compositions, so a touching sense is soft and the cosmetic composition of the present invention is easily diffused even through little power when being coated on skin. Thus, an excellent massaging effect is ensured. After massage, a small quantity of residues existing in skin can be simply removed.
