Introduced is a method of preventing the risk of overdue loan by using a complex account, for preventing the risk of the overdue loan while normally receiving a wage, by setting a wage transfer bankbook as a master account and a virtual account thereof to transfer a balance wage, which is a deduction of a repayment amount for loan from a wage deposited in the virtual account, to the wage transfer bankbook. According to the present invention, the method of preventing the risk of overdue loan by using the complex account performs: an alliance contracting step, a complex account opening step, a loan treating step, and a repayment step. The wage journalizing process performed according to the present invention starts when a corporation instructs a main bank to pay the wage, and includes the steps that the main bank deposits the wage into the virtual account according to the instruction, and one among the main bank, a financial corporation for the loan, and a financial corporation for the complex account opening deducts the repayment amount from the virtual account to transfer the deduction to the financial corporation for the loan, and transfer remaining wage after the deduction to the wage transfer bankbook.
