A terahertz oscillation circuit having a ridge structure is disclosed. The disclosed terahertz oscillation circuit includes a waveguide having a periodically folded shape and an electron beam tunnel provided to penetrate the waveguide, wherein the waveguide includes a ridge portion having at least one surface protruding into the waveguide.
