The present invention relates to a transgenic plant having enhanced anthocyanin biosynthesis by introducing a PtrMYB119 gene connected with a promoter to be operated; a method for producing the transgenic plant; a method for producing anthocyanin from the transgenic plant; an anthocyanin biosynthesis promoting composition including a PtrMYB119 gene connected with a promoter to be operated; an anthocyanin biosynthesis promoting kit including the composition; and a method for improving anthocyanin biosynthesis in a plant, wherein the method comprises a step of introducing and expressing the composition to the plant. When an anthocyanin biosynthesis promoting composition provided according to the present invention is used, the growth of plant cells which are hosts are not affected at all. Also, anthocyanin can be mass-produced, so the anthocyanin biosynthesis promoting composition can be widely utilized in more effectively producing anthocyanin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
