The present invention relates to an adjustable apparatus to analyze heat transfer of heat-storing a construction material, comprising: an upper room simulating outside air to receive and copy a heat source; a heat source irradiating device to supply a heat source to an upper room, varying a position to adjust a distance to the upper room; a lower room formed to vary an inner space on a lower part of the upper room, stimulating an inner part to be insulated; and a sample space formed between the upper room and the lower room to locate a thermal storage building material sample to analyze thermal performance.
