A patient exercise pillow is disclosed. The present invention comprises: a pillow cover (10); a pillow cushion (20) made of an elastic member inserted into the pillow cover (10); a string supporting frame (30) which is inserted into the pillow cover (10) and is a planar lattice member positioned at a lower portion of the pillow cushion; and a stretching member (40) including an elastic string (42) connected to an outer surface of the string support frame as an elastic string-shaped member and a support knob (44) shaped like a knob connected to one end of the elastic string. According to the present invention, secondary diseases caused by lying for a long time are prevented as the limb muscle movement is possible with less costs and simply in a condition in which patients are lying in the bed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
