According to the present invention, a system to measure a road and underground facilities based on a differential global positioning system (DGPS) is configured to install a magnetic marker to underground facilities; detect a magnetic field generated from the magnetic marker to precisely calculate the measured position due to GPS information; database and manage a resultant position associated with a management server; facilitate the detection of the magnetic field for the magnetic marker through a horizontal and vertical movement of the magnetic marker; receive and display augmented reality (AR) implementation information corresponding to the position of the underground facilities from the management server; and accordingly accurately measure information such as location, length, and control number of the underground facilities.
