The present invention relates to a counselling satisfaction survey system and a method thereof. The counselling satisfaction survey system comprises: a communication part providing a communication channel between a terminal of a customer and a terminal of a counselor so that the customer can talk to the counselor over a telephone; and a contact server transmitting questionnaire information including questionnaire on satisfaction of the telephone counselling to the terminal of the customer after finishing the counseling with the consultant and receiving response information on the questionnaire information from the terminal of the customer.
