The present invention is to determine a full ice state. More specifically, the present invention relates to an ice maker of sensing a full ice state by touch and a method for sensing a full ice state by using the same, wherein the ice maker of sensing a full ice state comprises: a full ice sensing unit operated by a drive cam and linked to a full ice sensing lever; and a full ice sensing micro switch provided in an inner housing and generating a signal by touch of the full ice sensing unit. Therefore, the full ice sensing unit directly pressurizes an operation terminal of the full ice sensing switch to generate a signal, such that a full ice state can be accurately determined, and thus convenience in use can be increased.
