The present invention relates to a composition for the reduction, prevention, or treatment of symptoms of stress or depression, which contains mulberrofuran G, sanggenon G, and sanggenol A as effective components, thereby reducing, preventing, and treating the symptoms of depression. The composition is non-toxic, and thus can be eaten in a form of food.
