The present invention relates to an emergency generator seismic device and method. The device of the present invention comprises: a bottom plate (10) formed on the bottom surface (F) of a generation chamber; a bottom rail (20) installed in a length direction on the top surface of the bottom plate (10); a bottom block (30) installed to be linearly moved along the bottom rail (20); a bottom support (40) installed in a spatial part (301) in the bottom block (30); a damping dust removing member (50) having a buffer spring (502) installed therein; a connection plate (501) for supporting the damping dust removing member (50); a top plate (60) installed at the bottom of the connection plate (501); a top rail (70) installed on the bottom surface of the top plate (60); a top block (80) installed to be linearly moved along the top rail (70); a top support (90) installed in a spatial part (801) in the top block (80); a seismic isolation member (100) installed between the bottom support (40) and the top support (90); and a cover member (110) installed between the bottom block (30) and the top block (80). An excellent seismic function is ensured, and operation reliability of an emergency generator can be maintained even after strong vibration occurs.
