BIM Method and system for air quality certification of building based on BIM

The present invention relates to a method and a system for evaluating indoor air quality certification of a building based on BIM. The method comprises: a certification item request data generation step of allowing a building indoor air certification evaluation device to extract information relating to a required building indoor area and information relating to a material applied to an indoor of the building; a standard material name conversion step of allowing the building indoor air quality certification evaluation device to extract a standard material name from a standard material name matching database with respect to material information extracted in the certification item request data generation step to convert the same into a standard material name; a product information acquisition step by material of allowing the building indoor air quality certification evaluation device to extract a manufacturer and a manufacturer name from a material-ecofriendly product database with respect to the material information extracted in the above certification item request data generation step to be inputted therein; a product contaminant discharge information acquisition step of extracting a discharge amount of contaminants with respect to the product name of the manufacturer, which is inputted, from a contaminant extraction module by product in which contaminant discharge amount data is stacked with respect to the product name of each manufacturer to input the same in the building indoor air quality certification evaluation device; and a containment certification information generation step of measuring the discharge amount of contaminants for each chamber or division to generate a type of certification details to satisfy environmental certification acquisition standards for acquisition of environmental certifications. An objective of the present invention is to provide a method and a system for automatically extracting certification information required by items related to indoor air quality by utilizing IFC information and a learning-based database extracted from the BIM during an eco-friendly certification work.
