If a marketer provides the marketing service to distribute advertising costs according to each marketer by transmitting an advertiser landing page to a content receiver, an advertiser sets the special offer according to each marketer with regard to a marketer recommended as an excellent marketer, thereby easily checking whether the advertisement of the advertiser has a comparative advantage with the advertisement of the other advertisers of the same or similar industry and actively reflecting the advertisement intention of the advertiser. Also, when receiving the special offer from an advertiser server, a marketer terminal easily checks the corresponding contents. When receiving a plurality of special offers, the special offers to give the greatest benefit to the marketer are successively aligned and checked.
