One embodiment of the present invention comprises a core comprising a polyhydral oligomeric silsesquioxane having a thiol group introduced thereinto and a shell composed of a copolymer of a fluorinated monomer and a hydrocarbon monomer,-Polydral oligomeric silsesquioxane having a thiol group introduced thereinto under a catalyst such as caprolactone as an initiator to carry out a polymerization reaction between a fluorine-based monomer and a hydrocarbon-based monomer. In addition, when a coating composition comprising a composite is coated on a substrate to form a surface layer, excellent water repellency and oil-repellent properties can be imparted, and a transparent surface layer can be provided without inhibiting the permeability of the substrate.;
