The present invention relates to an offshore structure with a dust scattering prevention device, which comprises: an offshore structure body; at least one mud tank which is installed inside the offshore structure body, and includes a space unit wherein water in a fixed height is stored, a first port into which bulk powder is inserted, a drain port from which the water is discharged, a second port form which inside air is discharged to the outside, and a third port which consistently maintains the water level; a bulk powder injection pipe which is inserted into the inside space of the mud tank through the first port, and of which one side end unit is submerged in the water in order to inject the bulk powder under the water to inject the bulk powder into the mud tank; a water injection unit which is installed in a height higher than the water stored at the bottom of the mud tank in order to inject water to form microdroplets in the space unit inside the mud tank; and a blocking plate which is placed higher than the water injection unit in order to prevent the water scattered inside the mud tank from leaking to the outside of the mud tank through the second port. Therefore, the offshore structure with a dust scattering prevention device can minimize the scattering of mud powder or cement powder into the air during transportation.
