The present invention relates to an efficient synthesis method for an indole derivative having 2-naphtol through a cascade reaction, intended to provide a simple and efficient synthesis method to synthesize various types of multi-substituted a 3-naphthylbenzo[g]indole compound and a 3-naphthylindole compound via transition metal-free reactions by using 2-nitrocinnamaldehyde compound and -tetralone compound which are easy to use in high yield.
