The present invention relates to an all-in-one installation method of an offshore wind turbine using an offshore crane for installation of a wind turbine. According to the present invention, the offshore wind turbine comprises: a barge with an embayment unit; two masts fixated on the barge to vertically stand; one or more arm units installed on the masts; and a lifting fork installed on the masts. According to the present invention, the method transports an offshore wind turbine, and performs an all-in-one installation of the offshore wind turbine on the sea. The present invention is able to remarkably reduce the time taken for assembly and combination on the sea, where the offshore wind turbine is to be installed, and to greatly reduce the installation time of the offshore wind turbine on the sea. When an offshore wind turbine is assembled on the sea, which is an installation point, and combined with a basic structure, a defect can occur in structural stability because of shaking due to waves. The present invention is able to remove the possibility of such structural defect by the all-in-one installation of the offshore wind turbine described above.
