The present invention relates to a stereo camera system that moves a PTZ camera to a target point by projecting GPS coordinates on 3D spatial coordinates. In the stereo camera system, a map coordinate is converted to a 3D spatial coordinate by interlocking the pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera and a stereo camera capable of calculating 3D distance information, and the movement of the PTZ camera is controlled by calculating appropriate pan, tilt, and zoom values for moving the PTZ camera from a current coordinate to a corresponding coordinate in the stereo camera, thereby acquiring accurate image information of high resolution. The stereo camera system includes a wireless receiving antenna and an origin adjustment panel.
