This ratio is converted into the ratio of bit energy to the noise spectral power density and then calculate error rate to the information bit . Its calculated value is included in the telemetry frame, which is transmitted through the "Earth - SC" line to the ground control complex. There the calculated value and the desired probability value is compared. If the first is less than the second, then the power of transmitting ground device to provide the desired probability of error per bit of information is to be increased.EFFECT: prevention of failures in issuing the command-programming information and ensure the continuous communications sessions with the spacecraft at all stages of its life cycle.1 dwg
