FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: laparotomy is performed. 10-20 ml of a 25% photoditazine solution is intraoperatively subserosally injected directly into the tumour area - in the absence of symptoms of organ paries malignant invasion or by cutting the tumour area and its adjacent tissues - with local spread of the tumour with organ paries malignant invasion and involvement of the serous membrane. After 5-6 minutes, all the tumour nidi of the abdominal cavity organs painted in a dark green colour are visually identified. Photodynamic therapy is carried out by irradiating the identified nidi with monochromatic light with a wavelength of 661-662 nm. They are removed. After removal, the whole area of the operation and lymphadenectomy is reirradiated.;EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of intraoperative diagnostics, select an adequate amount of surgical intervention, minimize the time for achieving therapeutic and diagnostic effect, reduce the probability of dissemination of the tumour process by using a photosensitizer administered directly into the tumour.;4 dwg, 2 ex
