The invention relates to the combination and washing of bio-waste, such as domestic refuse, with preferably municipal waste water in order to produce a fermentable substrate suspension which serves as a substitute for renewable raw materials in biogas plants and which is delivered in tank vehicles, as well as to a device for carrying out the method.
