It is a process for the production of a high viscosity - polyester - hot-melt adhesive with partially sensitive viscosity - temperature - properties, comprising the steps of: i) esterification of terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid, dodecanedioic acid, adipic acid, butanediol, dipropylene glycol and hexanediol in the presence of tetrabutyl titanate, which serves as a catalyst, and ii) the addition of an antioxidant to a product which results from step i), and polycondensation at reduced pressure, followed by receipt of the high viscosity - polyester - hot-melt adhesive with a low melting point, of a melting point of 130°C. – 135°C. and partially sensitive viscosity - temperature - properties.
