An oil-gas balance device applicable to a compressor comprising a housing, the housing having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, and the first end being fixedly connectable to a shell of a compressor, and an oil sump of the compressor and a chamber of the oil sump is settable; a gas equalization port, wherein the gas equalization port is disposed on a first portion of an end surface of the second end; and at least one oil balance hole, wherein the at least one oil balance hole is disposed on a second portion of the end surface of the second end and the second portion and the first portion are opposed to each other.
