Brief description of the liquefaction of natural gas at high pressure with a pretreatment using a solvent

The method involves bringing dry natural gas into contact with a solvent-enriched aqueous solution through a conduit (3) to obtain a solvent-enriched gas phase and a solvent-depleted aqueous phase. The solvent-enriched gas phase is cooled and condensed partially by heat exchange to produce a cooled gas phase and condensates. The cooled gas phase is separated from the condensates and brought into contact with an adsorbent solid to obtain a purified gas phase, where the solid adsorbs water, solvent and/or heavy hydrocarbons. The purified gas phase is cooled and liquefied by heat exchange.
