The invention relates to a method for lubricating and cooling mechanical members (16) distributed in pressurized enclosures (E1-E3) of a turbomachine (2), comprising the removal of fuel in a fuel circuit (100) of the turbomachine downstream of a high-pressure pump (112) of said fuel circuit, the injection of the fuel taken from the turbomachine chambers to lubricate and cool the mechanical members exclusively by means of the injected fuel, the recovery at the outlet of the fuel chambers used for lubrication and cooling of the mechanical organs, and the reintroduction of fuel recovered in the fuel system of the turbomachine.
