OLED LIGHTING COMBINED WITH OPV FOR WEARABLE AND SMART WINDOW APPLICATIONS

The application discloses a kind of illumination assembly for not needing external power supply. The illumination assembly includes substrate, the organic light emitting apparatus (OLED) with the bottom electrode being disposed on the substrate, the organic luminous layer being arranged on bottom electrode and the top electrodes on organic luminous layer. The illumination assembly further comprises organic photovoltaic (OPV) device of the insulating layer being arranged on the top electrodes of OLED and setting on the insulating layer. The OPV devices include a series of battery units, and each battery unit has bottom electrode, the organic photovoltaic layer being arranged on bottom electrode and the top electrodes being arranged on organic photovoltaic layer, wherein each battery unit is connected at least one adjacent cell. The OPV is electrically connected to OLED, and the OPV devices are configured as generating electric power to be directly that OLED powers.
