PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onset risk warning system, an onset risk warning program, and an onset risk warning method capable of notifying a monitoring person of a risk before an abnormality occurs in a person to be monitored.;SOLUTION: An onset risk warning system includes a detection part, a communication device, a monitoring communication device, and an information processing device. The detection part mounted on each body of a plurality of persons to be monitored detects body information and transmits the detected body information to the communication device. The communication device receives the body information transmitted from the detection part, and transmits it to the information processing device, which is a host device. The information processing device determines an onset risk of a body abnormality based on the body information received from the communication device, and transmits a determination result that there is a possibility of onset of the body abnormality to the monitoring communication device of a monitoring person.
