PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a training simulator which allows a trainee to actually experience model operation of an operation part with a narrow operation range, in training of the operation of the operation part.;SOLUTION: A training device 1 is equipped to a training simulator for training of operation of a control stick 120, and also is worn on a wrist W of a trainee who has to operate the control stick 120 to indicate a direction of operating the control stick 120 to the trainee. The training device 1 includes: a wireless communication unit for receiving an operation indication signal which indicates the direction of operating the control stick 120 from a simulator body; and a movable unit 11 which operates in an operational direction corresponding to an operational direction indicated by the operation indication signal based on the operation indication signal sent to the wireless communication unit, while being brought into contact with the wrist W of the trainee.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
