PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ester group-containing phosphazene compound having a structure represented by chemical formula 1.SOLUTION: An ester group-containing phosphazene compound has an effect for introducing an ester group to a phosphazene compound, reacting a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group grafted to a terminal with a polymer being a base material and thereby improving flame retardancy of the base material by introduction of the phosphazene compound and reducing a dielectric constant. Nitrogen atoms and phosphorus atoms are directly bonded to each other by reaction of the polymer being the base material without blending by addition like a conventional technology, and accordingly mechanical characteristics of the base material are not lowered caused by addition of a flame retardant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
