PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and effort of a user during transfer while maintaining the security of the transfer.;SOLUTION: A financial institution system and an accounting system of a transfer control system are included. Storage means of the financial institution system stores transfer requester identification information issued by issuance means in a state where the account of a user who makes an issuance instruction is made identifiable. When transfer request reception means receives a transfer request, transmission means of the accounting system transmits transfer requester identification information of the user who makes the transfer request, and transfer contents information relating to the transfer request to the financial institution system.
