PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference reflection board that can easily obtain correct reference spectroscopic intensity in an interactance spectroscopic measurement.;SOLUTION: In a reference white board to be used for obtaining reference spectroscopic intensity in implementing near-infrared interactance spectroscopic measurements, a functional surface 10 serving as one surface is a white-colored surface, and a concave surface forming a part of a spherical surface and a complete diffusion surface. A reference white board unit comprises: a probe that is equipped with a light emerging part and a light incidence part; and a frame that serves as a positioning mechanism with respect to a near-infrared interactance spectroscopic measurement-purpose reference reflection board. The frame is configured to position the probe so that the light incidence part takes in an area 12 in the functional surface 10 other than a partial area 11 of the functional surface 10 irradiated with light from the probe.
