PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end-of-talk determination device capable of determining whether or not the utterance in dialogue is the speech at the end of speech while suppressing increase of cost.SOLUTION: Disclosed end-of-talk determination device 10 includes a determination part 11 that determines whether or not the utterance in dialogue is the speech at the end of speech based on presence/absence of change of speaker in dialogue.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
