PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pathological sample preparation device that enables a preparation of a proper pathological sample, and to provide a pathological sample preparation system that is equipped with the pathological sample preparation device.SOLUTION: A pathological sample preparation device 100 has: a stage part 110 that includes a stage 10; a reagent supply unit 150 that can supply reagents to a substrate W loaded in the stage 10; a cleaning unit 130 that can supply cleaning liquids similarly to the substrate W; an electric field agitation unit 170 that applies an electric filed to the reagent supplied to the substrate W or cleaning liquid to enable agitation; and a control unit. The pathological sample preparation device comprises: a stage conveyance mechanism that has the cleaning unit 130, the reagent supply unit 150 and the electric field agitation unit 170 arranged in order in a Y-direction as a first direction, and makes the stage 10 move in the Y-direction; and a stage tilt mechanism that, when the state 10 is located at the cleaning unit 130, makes the stage 10 tilt in an X-direction going across the Y-direction as a second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
