PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water-tightness of a joint portion in a concrete secondary product without prolonging a construction period and increasing construction cost.SOLUTION: A double packing structure is constituted by a first packing 12 provided on an outer peripheral side of a concrete secondary product 10 and a second packing 14 provided on an inner peripheral side of the concrete secondary product. A joint structure for external water in which a joint filler 16 is coated on an outer peripheral side of the first packing 12 and a joint structure for internal water in which a joint filler 18 is coated on an inner peripheral side of the second packing 14 are applied selectively or in combination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
