PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a process for producing thermochromic vanadium dioxide-containing core-shell particles that have superior storage stability and high dispersibility and a production process thereof; and a thermochromic film using the same and a production process thereof.;SOLUTION: The thermochromic vanadium dioxide-containing core-shell particles according to the present invention have a core-shell structure. A core portion comprises vanadium dioxide. A shell layer comprises a crystalline metal oxide.
