PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed dryer capable of improving heat efficiency related to drying by suppressing heat radiation from a drying furnace surface and a fluidized bed drying system using the fluidized bed dryer.;SOLUTION: A fluidized bed dryer has a drying furnace 2 including: a drying chamber 3 partitioned to form a spiral passage in plane view; an air blowing box 9 for supplying fluidization gas to the drying chamber 3; a charge port 5 for charging a dried object C to the drying chamber 3; and a discharge port 6 for discharging the dried object C from the drying chamber 3. The dried object C charged to the drying chamber 3 and the fluidization gas supplied to the drying chamber 3 form a fluidized bed.
