PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder device with large stroke, using an air hydraulic cylinder.;SOLUTION: An output rod 7 formed on a third piston 13 is extended to an output side of a cylinder 2. A transfer pneumatic chamber 85 is formed in adjacent to an input side of the third piston 13. When the transfer pneumatic chamber 85 is pressurized by supply of air from the transfer suction/exhaust passage 86 to the transfer pneumatic chamber 85, the output rod 7 is transferred to the output side with the third piston 13, and brought into contact with a work 100. A hydraulic pressure generating portion 55 is disposed at an input side of the transfer pneumatic chamber 85 movably in a thrust direction. A first pneumatic chamber 21 is formed at an input side of the transfer pneumatic chamber 85, and when the air is supplied from the first suction/exhaust port 5 to pressurize the same, the hydraulic pressure generating portion 55 is pressed and moved to the output side, and brought into contact with the third piston 13. The hydraulic pressure generating portion 55 generates a hydraulic pressure to press the third piston 13, and the hydraulic pressure is output from the output rod 7.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
