PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neuromuscular blocking compound.;SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains a biocompatible solvent and a compound represented by formula (I). In the pharmaceutical composition, the biocompatible solvent contains a compound which contains 0.9% saline water, has a pH of approximately 2.5 to 3.5, has a concentration of approximately 1-10 mg/ml and is represented by formula (I). A kit contains the pharmaceutical composition in a first container and a thiol compound in a second container. A method includes reacting alcohol having a right edge or a left edge of formula (I) with a maleic anhydride or dichlorosuccinic anhydride, and reacting the obtained reaction product with alcohol on the other end to produce the compound represented by formula (I).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
