PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow each person in charge to view an electronic mail text related to an inquiry from a user while restricting viewing of an attached file only to authorized persons in charge.;SOLUTION: A mail inquiry management server 10 for managing an inquiry by electronic mail from a user and a response to the inquiry by electronic mail from a respondent has an electronic mail client function. Concerning a mail transmitted from the user to an external ML31 including candidate respondents who may be the respondents as members and the mail inquiry management server 10 or a mail transmitted from each respondent to the external ML31, the server 10 receives the distributed mail from a mail server 30 to which the external ML31 is set, removes a file attached to the distributed mail and transmits the mail to an internal ML32 including only internal persons in charge other than the candidate respondents as members.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
