PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rake-off and pressing-type heat agitation device which enables a simple washing by water conduction.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a heat agitation container in which an object to be agitated is stored; a rotational shaft for driving agitation provided to the heat agitation container; and an agitation unit supported to the rotational shaft and having a rake-off blade 39 at a tip end thereof. The agitation unit includes an arm 37 supported to the rotational shaft. The rake-off blade 39 includes a knuckle part 59b supported to the arm 37 so as to be swingeable frontward and backward in a rotational direction of the rotational shaft. A receiving face 45ba and projections 59ca, 59cb for defining a swingeable range are provided between the arm 37 and the knuckle part 59b, in which the projections 59ca, 59cb can be brought apart at the same time with respect to the receiving face 45ba between the arm 37 and the knuckle part 59b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
